Hi, mine had 19200 Baud, I've connected 3V3-3V3, GND-GND, RX-TX, TX-RX, 1015(IO15?)-GND, 100(IO0)-GND, CHP_EK(EN?)-3V3 and was able to flash with the NodeMCU Firmware Programmer
